Definition

Defines, on the basis of internal condition purposes, how and if a condition is considered during periodic posting.

Use

You can do the following for internal condition purposes:

• Rename them
• Specify them, that is (for example) you can assign the external condition purposes Market Rent and Actual Rent to the statistical internal condition purpose.

In addition, you can specify which purposes are allowed for contracts or rental objects, and which purpose should be adopted as a default when a new assignment is made.

For rental object purposes, you can also specify an additional purpose that is used for transferring rental object conditions to contracts.

When you assign offered objects to RE search requests (and the other way around), then the system only considers the conditions of the given condition group when determining the maximum rent if they have the condition purpose entered here.
