Definition

A condition can be locked to changes, either completely or partially, for one of the following reasons:

  • The condition was already considered during periodic posting.
Fields are locked where changes to these fields could lead to retroactive follow-up postings. By using the unlock function, you can release these fields so that they can be changed. Or you can create a new time slot within this function by choosing @1U@ with the quick info text Time-Dependency.
  • You do not have the required authorization for changing conditions.
In this case, the condition is locked completely.
  • There is an active adjustment record of an automatic adjustment for the condition.
In this case, certain fields of the condition are locked. To go to an overview of the adjustment, choose @58@.
