The following internal calculation formulas are predefined in Customizing:

  • 1 (=Fixed Amount)
  • 2 (= Area)
  • 3 (= Each)
  • 4 (= Object Measurement)
  • 5 (= % Share of Condition)
  • 6 (= Sales-Based Rent)
  • 7 (= % Share of Condition of Object)
  • 8 (= Condition of Rental Object)
  • 9 (= Condition Group Factor)
  • 11 (= Differing Measurement)
  • 12 (= Amount per Object)
  • 13 (= Amount per Rental Object Status)
  • 14 (= Amount per Tenant Changeover)
  • 15 (= % Share of Condition Group)
  • 30 (= Fixed Amount - Possession Dates)
  • 1000 (= BAdI Calculation)

Note

You cannot change internal calculation formulas or define new ones.

To implement your own calculation formulas, use internal calculation method 1000 and implement the BAdI RECD_CALC_RULE.
