Documentation
Definition
Key date on which the two main contractual partners of the contract are displayed.
The key date can be the start or the end of the validity of the row displayed within the time slot selected, or new rows can be generated when the main contractual partners are changed.
Report "On Valid-From of Row"
The "Row Valid From" date is always used for evaluating the main contractual partners.
Report "On Valid-To of Row"
The "Row Valid To" date is always used for evaluating the main contractual partners.
Report "New Row When Partner Changed"
The time slots for the main contractual partners are also taken into account.
The report first generates time slots that correspond to the evaluation purpose of the report. In a condition report, a time slot is displayed when a new condition begins; in a measurement report, the time slots follow changes to the measurements. If you select the "New Row When Partner Changed" option, an additional time slot is inserted to display the changed main contractual partner when the main contractual partner is changed within a time slot in the report.
Note that this option is not available in all reports of the information system. For example, it does not make sense to insert additional time slots in the Cash Flow information system since this would not represent the actual cash flow process.
Selecting this option generally leads to longer report runtimes.
