The availability informs whether a measurement is assigned to an occupancy contract in the timeframe for which it is valid.
@08@: A green traffic light indicates that the measurement is not assigned to a contract.
@09@: A yellow traffic light indicates that the measurement is assigned to a contract occasionally.
@0A@: A red traffic light indicates that the measurement is assigned to contracts over the entire timeframe.
