Setting this parameter makes it possible for conditions with a value of zero to be continued.
If this parameter is not set, then conditions that reach a value of zero are ended by the adjustment. By setting this parameter you allow the continuation of these conditions.

Dependencies
Example
You want condition A to be continued, despite the fact that its value is set to 0.
If the parameter is set, the condition is continued.
If the parameter is not set, the condition is ended.
