Definition
Designates the size class of a representative list of rents.
Most representative lists of rents define certain values (such as base rent per square foot) based on the size of the rental object. These values are then stored by size class in the value tables of the representative list of rents.
For each size class, you enter the range for the sizes in the class using from and to values. During a rent adjustment, the system compares the size of the rental object with the values entered for size from and size to.
The size of the rental object is the measurement amount for the measurement type specified in Customizing for the representative list of rents.
