Definition
For the representative list of rents based on points, the maximum number of points that is calculated for all characteristics with maximum number of points per class is displayed here. The maximum number of points is valid for the characteristics of a class to which the same area type is assigned as the characteristic group. In master data maintenance, these are indicated on the screen with all data on the fixtures and fittings characteristics.
If the maximum number of points for a class is zero, this means that the total number of points for this class is not restricted.
