Structure element of a representative list of rents. During an adjustment based on the representative list of rents, the rental object is positioned in a specific label of the representative list of rents according to building age, size, location, and fixtures and fittings. Each label specifies a price range with three amounts (lower/middle/ upper value).
Use
The representative list of rents label is a purely descriptive attribute. You can define in the value table of the representative list of rents which representative list of rents label a value belongs to. This is determined dependent on location class, size class, fixtures and fittings class, and building age class. If possible representative list of rents labels are defined in Customizing for a representative list of rents, only one of these values can be entered, otherwise the value can be defined freely. The representative list of rents label can also be printed in the correspondence for rental adjustment.
