Set the indicator if the representative list of rents weights apartments with surcharge and reduction characteristics. If this indicator is set, characteristics can be entered in the representative list of rents and grouped into surcharge categories or reduction categories.
For the calculation of comparative rent, the characteristics that correspond to the fixtures and fittings must be assigned to the rental objects.
