Documentation
Definition
Designates the fixtures and fittings category of a representative list of rents.
Some representative lists of rents define specific values that are relevant for the rent calculation (surcharges and reductions) dependent on the fixtures and fittings characteristic of the rental object. A general rating is made about the fixtures and fittings, for example, if they are
- Good
- Average
- Bad
The representative list of rents text generally states which criteria a rental object must at least fulfill to be classified in a specific fixtures and fittings category.
The classification is technically independent of the existing fixtures and fittings characteristics. The fixtures and fittings category is edited directly on the rental object.
