Definition
Base amount that is calculated for the current characteristics/space category.
For adjustments by points, the graded base amounts for all point categories are taken into account:
Example
SC Frm Sp/Pnt To Sp/Pnt Base amnt

In the case of 90 points, the calculation is as follows:
80 * 7.00 + (90 - 80) * 8.00 = 640.00
Only the points exceeding 80 are calculated with the base amount of size class 2.
For space adjustments without points, on the other hand, the base amount for 90 m² is calculated as follows (only using size class 2):
90 * 8.00 = 720.00
