Definition
Key of the building age category in the representative list of rents.
Most representative lists of rents define certain values (such as base rent per square foot) based on the age of the rental object. These values are then stored separately for each building age category.
For each building age category, you specify the construction year from and to which the category applies.
In an adjustment based on the representative list of rents, the building age category is derived from the age of the building or (if an entry exists) from the year of extensive renovation of the rental object.
