Documentation
Definition
Percentage of the adjustment amount determined by the system that should be passed on.
If no percentage is entered here, this means the full amount is passed on (that is, 100%).
Use
Enter a percentage of less than 100% if the adjustment is not to be passed on completely (for example, due to a special agreement with the tenant).
For index-based rent adjustment in some countries, a pass-on percentage rate of less than 100% is common, or in some cases even required.
Dependencies
Example
Based on an index, the system determines a rent increase of 50 for the rental object. The previous rent was 500; the pass-on percentage rate entered is 80%. The new rent is then
500 + (0.8 x 50) = 540
