Use
The following amount fields are available for defining the costs of an adjustment measure:
- Increase amount, or increase amount per measurement type
- Total amount, or total amount per measurement type
- Total decrease amount, or decrease amount per measurement
- Maximum increase amount, or maximum increase amount per measurement
- Maximum total amount, or maximum total amount per measurement
If a distribution was already made to objects or contracts, you can modify the calculated amounts afterward:
- Modified increase amount, or modified increase amount per measurement type
- Modified total amount, or modified total amount per measurement type
If you want to reduce the distribution values by specific amounts, then you can enter amounts in the appropriate fields. When you make an entry in an amount field belonging to a row of the adjustment measure, the amount relates to all objects or contracts involved:
- Total decrease amount, or decrease amount per measurement
In addition, you can specify maximum amounts for the costs to be distributed. The same applies here as for reductions, that an entry you make for a row of the adjustment measures is effective for all objects or contracts involved:
- Maximum increase amount, or maximum increase amount per measurement
- Maximum total amount, or maximum total amount per measurement
For groups of amount fields, you can specify in Customizing whether the following are available or not:
- Absolute amounts
- Maximum amounts
- Increase amounts
- Amounts related to measurements
- Amounts not related to measurements
- Decrease amounts
Some adjustments require that you notify tenants before the adjustment can be performed. If you specify this in your Customizing settings, then the system copies the cost amounts as notification amounts (plan values) once the tenants have been notified. These can be activated using a special function in adjustment measure maintenance.
Calculation of increase amounts
Amount per Object = ( ( Increase amount of measure
- Decrease amount of measure)
* Percentage surcharge / 100
* Object measurement / Total measurement)
- Decrease amount of object.
This amount can also be limited even more by the minimum or maximum increase amount. [Adjustment measure, Object]
