Documentation
Use
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)
This adjustment rule is made up of several elementary adjustment rules, for example from the rules for the representative list of rents and comparative group of apartments methods. During the adjustment run, the system determines an adjustment for all elementary rules, as far as this is possible. You decide on one of them when you activate the adjustment.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)
This adjustment rule is not made up of other adjustment rules. This means that the adjustment rule is either an elementary rule or a part of a combined rule. Any rule that is not identified as a combined rule can be used as a part of a combined rule.
Dependencies
You can make a combined adjustment rule from elementary rules and parts of combined rules. However, you do not have to define a combined rule in order to transfer values or make interim adjustments. Instead, you create an additional adjustment rule that is based on a free adjustment method. You can then select this adjustment rule in the Rule field when you specify an adjustment.
