For index adjustments, the difference is calculated between the points of the index series for the current date and the index level on the date the last time the condition was adjusted. The percentage difference is calculated on the basis of this absolute difference, using the following formula: difference * 100 / (index level at last adjustment).
The condition is only adjusted if the the percentage difference (absolute amount) calculated in this way exceeds the value specified here. You can use the parameter Adjust When Percentage Difference Exceeded to specify whether the adjustment only occurs if the percentage difference is greater than the value specified here, or whether it also occurs if it is equal to this value.
