Definition
Use
Using this indicator you can stipulate that the last defined base year is always used when you make an index adjustment.
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)
The last base year of an index series that contains the necessary values is always used for the adjustment. Therefore the base year cannot be specified in the adjustment rule. In the case where the last adjustment took place based on a different base year, then the system converts the index levels using the above rule.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)
The adjustment is carried out based on the base year explicitly specified in the rule.
