• Periodic Change
  In the case of a periodic change, a new expense item is created. The new expense item is created in accordance with your selections for the cost efficiency analysis, expense item, and date.
  The system ends the related existing expense item effective on the day before the entered date.
• Years Ready for Occupancy
  For the selected cost efficiency analysis and date, the system checks if, based on the number of years ready for occupancy, a new expense item has to be created.
  The system ends the related existing expense item effective on the day before the entered date.
• Termination (ending validity of the expense item)
  The expense items you entered are ended based on your selections for the date and cost efficiency analysis.
