Documentation
Definition
There are no contracts for external comparative apartments from which the corresponding conditions could be taken.
Use
Here the conditions of the rental object serve as a workaround. The conditions that have the same condition type and the same condition purpose entered here are taken.
For your own comparative apartments, the actual rent of the occupancy contract agreed on on the adjustment date for the comparative apartment is relevant for this object. If this rent cannot be determined (because only one actual rent has been agreed on for more than one object of the contract, for example), a warning message is issued when the apartment is assigned to the comparative group of apartments and when the contract is processed, and an error message is issued during adjustment.
