Specifies the objects that are adjusted:

• Vacant rental object or occupancy contract
  The system adjusts vacant rental objects and occupancy contracts. The condition adjustments on the occupancy contracts are copied to the occupied rental objects.
• Vacant rental object or occupancy contract without rental object
  The system adjusts vacant rental objects and occupancy contracts.
• Always rental object
  The system always adjusts the rental object.
• Assessment contract for rental object
  The system adjusts the assessment contract for condominiums.
• Rental object or contract has to be defined manually
  The system adjusts the assigned object.
