Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether the adjustment amounts are transferred from the rental object to the contract as part of service charge settlement.
Use
In the context of an adjustment using the service charge settlement method, only those objects (contracts/rental objects) are selected that participated in the settlement and are still valid on the key date for the adjustment.
If the contract participating in the settlement ends during the settlement period or before the adjustment key date, then the contract is not adjusted. This also means that the follow-on contract cannot be adjusted.
If this indicator is set, then the adjustment amount of the rental object is copied to the follow-on contract.
Dependencies
The prerequisite is that the occupied rental objects were adjusted as part of the adjustment.
