Definition
When this indicator is set, the increased or reduced advance payment only applies to the end of the current settlement period. From the start of the next settlement period, the advance payment applied is calculated by dividing the costs by the number of months in the settlement period.

Example
From the year 2000, a monthly advance payment of 100 EUR was made for operating costs.
The settlement period is 01/01 - 12/31 for each year.
The total operating costs for 2000 amounted to 1400 EUR.
The new advance payment from 06/01/2001 should be set so that the advance payments made in 2001 correspond to the costs incurred in 2000. (Monthly payments of 100 EUR were made from January through May 2001).
( 1400 - ( 5 * 100 ) ) / 7 = 128.57
The increased advance payment should no longer apply from the end of the settlement period (01/01/2002).
1400 / 12 = 116.67
