Definition
When this indicator is selected, the new advance payment amount is determined so that the advance payments in the current settlement period correspond to the costs of the period to be settled.

Example
From the year 2000, a monthly advance payment of 100 EUR was made for operating costs.
The settlement period is 01/01 - 12/31 for each year.
The total operating costs for the year 2000 amounted to 1400 EUR.
The new advance payment from 06/01/2001 should be set so that the advance payments made in 2001 correspond to the costs incurred in 2000. (Monthly payments of 100 EUR were made from January through May 2001).
( 1400 - ( 5 * 100 ) ) = 900
900 / 7 = 128.57
