Definition
This indicator specifies how the adjustment of the occupied rental object is to take place:
- Independent
The adjustment of the rental object takes place according to the adjustment rule defined for the rental object, regardless of whether an occupancy contract exists or not and regardless of whether and how an adjustment takes place for this contract. You select rental objects for the adjustment using the selection in the lower part of the selection screen Selection of ROs for Contract-Independent Adjustment.
- Contract -> Rental Object
The adjustment determined for the contract is transferred to the rental object.
- Rental object -> Contract
The new value for the condition that is determined for the rental object is transferred to the contract.
- Independent (Selection Using Contract)
The same as for Independent, except that the system determines the occupied rental objects using the selected contracts.
