Documentation
Definition
Specifies how the adjustment of vacant rental objects is to take place:
- Independently
The adjustment of the rental object takes place based on the adjustment rule for the rental object, regardless of whether there was a previous contract, and regardless of whether and in what form an adjustment takes place for the previous contract. You select rental objects for the adjustment using the selection in the lower part of the selection screen Selection of ROs for Contract-Independent Adjustment.
- Contract -> Rental Object
The adjustment determined for the previous contract is transferred to the rental object.
- Contract -> Rental Object/Independent
The same as for "Contract -> Rental Object". However, if no previous contract exists, then the adjustment takes place as described under "Independently."
