Use
When the control table is sequentially processed, the system generates a temporary standard comment for each row. As a result, you can still reconstruct how the calculations were made, even if you did not enter any comments of your own yet.

The system does not provide a default comment. The comments that you create yourself are shown in the adjustment log.
Dependencies
You can turn off standard comments yourself in the control table (see Define Adjustment Control Differeing from Standard) for the rows, as well as for individual variables.
