Documentation
Definition
Indicates that both partners in a registered life partnership, as correspondence recipients with an identical address, receive only one joint letter. Spouses must be linked in the business partner by the relationship Is married to.
If you want to support other forms of life partnership besides marriage, you have to assign these relationships to relationship types for recipient determination, and the business partners must be linked using one of these relationships.
Use
If you want the system to send just one letter addressed to both partners to the joint address, set this indicator.
If you want the system to send a letter to each partner separately, leave this field blank.
Dependencies
Example
Mr. Miller is the main borrower of a loan. His wife is a borrower of the loan. Both have the same address. You want the system to send a letter to the business partners assigned to the loan.
If the indicator is set, the system only sends one letter addressed to Mr. and Ms. Miller to their joint address.
