Definition
This flag indicates that the document is included in a hierarchy.
Use
The system sets this flag if
- A higher-level document exists (entries in the Higher-level Document data block)
- Other documents are subordinate to a document
Procedure
You can select the document and chose the Details pushbutton to access document management.
You can display the document hierarchy here by choosing Extras -> Hierarchy.
- The list displays the entire document structure.
- The document that you are editing and all the lower-level documents are highlighted.
You can display the hierarchy in the form of a graphic by choosing Extras -> Hierarchy -> Hierarchy Graphic.
