Definition
Specifies whether this is the reference currency.
The reference currency enables the payment information of a requisition to be compared with the candidates' salary expectations, even if they have been specified in different currencies.
The payment ranges for the payment information of requisitions and for the candidates' salary expectations are stored in the reference currency in the system. If a candidate or manager specified an amount in a different currency, the system converts this amount into the reference currency.
