Identifier that specifies whether candidates can use a possible entry to define their desired job when maintaining their profiles. At the same time, the identifier also specifies whether a possible entry is available to recruiters (succession planners) for the job description when maintaining a requisition (succession plan).

Use

You can restrict the industries and functional areas that can be selected by the candidates when they maintain their profiles or by the recruiter or succession planner when they maintain a requisition or succession plan.

The selection includes only the identified possible entries.
