Definition

Indicates a candidate's interest in entering into a new employment relationship.

The following statuses are possible.

  • Not interested

    The candidate's data remains in the database. The candidate is not found when the talent pool is searched.

  • Actively interested

    The candidate is very interested in obtaining new employment.

  • Passively interested

    The candidate is not actually seeking a new job but would check out the offer in the event of a relevant job posting.

  • Applicant

    The candidate has specifically applied for a job posting.
