Definition
You can use this field to select the type of requirements you want to enter.
If you want the display to be based on shifts and jobs, then select this field. This is particularly useful if there are relatively few jobs in an organizational unit, or if you only use a small number of shift abbreviations.
With this setting, you only need to enter the number of employees required, which simplifies data entry.
If you do not want a display like this, then deselect this field. This setting (that is, deselected) gives you a better overview if there is a relatively large number of jobs in the organizational unit you want to edit, or if there is a large number of shift abbreviations.
When you choose this setting, you must complete the shift abbreviation and the job fields, in addition to the "Number of employees."
