Definition

Enter of a freely definable key for a valuation that is required for displaying the column value in the standard report.

The key in the standard SAP system is laid out as follows:

  • 1st digit:
    • 1 = cumulative values
    • 2 = periodic values
  • 2nd digit:
    • 1 = annual values
    • 2 = semi-annual values
    • 3 = tri-monthly values
    • 4 = quarterly values
    • 5 = monthly values
  • 3rd digit:
    • "-"
  • 4th digit:
    • 0 = no version stored
    • 1 = version 001
    • 2 = version 002
    • 3 = ...
  • 5th digit:
    • 0 and 1 = current time period (year/quarter/month)
    • 2 and 3 = next time period (year/quarter/month)
    • 4 and 5 = same time period in the previous year
    • 6 and 7 = same time period two years back
  • 6th digit
    • sequentially numbered
