Documentation
Definition
The interest rate type field identifies the category to which the interest rate belongs. There are currently two categories:
- Penalty interest rate
- Current value of funds rate (CVFR)
Use
Choose the penalty interest rate if the interest rate is to be used for calculating the penalties due on late payments of invoices.
Choose the CVFR if the interest rate is to be used to evaluate the economic justifiability of taking discounts.
