Determines the extent to which a qualification is an alternative to another qualification, expressed as a percentage value.
Use
The replacement percentage affects the calculation of the suitability in all reports that take alternative qualifications into account.
Procedure
Examples
Qualification B is a 100% alternative to qualification A. A position's requirements stipulate that a person must have qualification A with a proficiency of 10. A person has qualification B with a proficiency of 10. Therefore, qualification B (with a proficiency of 10) is used to calculate the suitability.
Qualification D is a 50% alternative to qualification C. A position's requirements stipulate that a person must have qualification C with a proficiency of 10. A person has qualification D with a proficiency of 10. Qualification D (with a proficiency of 5) is used to calculate the suitability.
