Documentation
Definition
Procedure by which the sample size for an inspection is determined.
In the sampling procedure, the valuation mode is also defined for the inspection result.
Supplementary Documentation - QSTPRVER 0001
Use
A sampling procedure is assigned to a feature in the inspection plan.
Procedure
- CREATE
When you create a sampling procedure, you must enter an identifier that uniquely identifies the sampling procedure. - CHANGE/DISPLAY

- Choose F4 to display a list of all the sampling procedures from which you can choose one.
Supplementary Documentation - QSTPRVER 0003
Use
This field is only used if you inspect a material without the use of a task list or material specification.
If you enter a sampling procedure in this field, the system calculates the sample size on the basis of the inspection lot quantity.
Procedure
Select a sampling procedure that specifies a valuation mode without valuation parameters.
Note
In an inspection without a task list or material specification, you can opt to define the inspection scope for a material as follows:
- Activate the indicator for a 100% inspection.
