This is the sum of the defective quantity for all inspection lots.
Inspection lots that have been cancelled are not taken into consideration.
Note
If inspection lots with different units of measure are added up, the sum total will be meaningful only to a limited extent.
In such a case, the unit of measure will be represented by asterisks (***).
