Definition
QQTIME is the point in time at which the statistics information was generated by the memory-resident database monitor.
Use
When the database monitor is active, statistics about the performance of executed statements are recorded. When a statement is executed for which the database monitor has currently no statistics, new statistics are generated and the timestamp is recorded as QQTIME.
The existing statistics are updated whenever the statement is executed.
