QQSUMCNT is the number of executed SQL statements within a given time interval defined by the previous timestamp and the timestamp examined.
If no previous timestamp is shown for the day being analyzed, then the last timestamp shown for the previous day defines the beginning of the time interval.
Use
QQSUMCNT is used in report RSDB4DBH to collect and display database workload statistics.
