Definition

You can use this indicator to control the display of the dialog box that you use to select the partners for the notification. The system determines the following data:

• All partners specified in the notification
• The person responsible for the existing task
• If required, an address specified for the notification

A prerequisite is that an e-mail address or an internal user can be determined for each partner.

Use

If you set this indicator when executing the "Send a Notification by E-Mail" activity, the dialog box for the selection of partners for the notification is displayed while the QM06EA_SEND_PDF_PAPER_STEP2 function module is executed.
