Definition

You can use this indicator to control the display of the dialog box that you use to select the attachments for the notification. The system determines the attachments from the attachment list for notifications from the generic object service, and from the originals in the DMS documents that are assigned to the notification.

Use

If you set this indicator when executing the "Send a Notification by E-Mail" activity, the dialog box for the selection of attachments for the notification is displayed while the QM06EA_SEND_PDF_PAPER_STEP2 function module is executed.
