Definition

You use this indicator to preselect all partners for an e-mail. The system determines the following data:

• All partners specified in the notification
• The person responsible for the existing task
• If required, an address specified for the notification

A prerequisite is that an e-mail address or an internal user can be determined for each partner.

Use

If you set this indicator when executing the "Send a Notification by E-Mail" activity, all determined partners are selected.

If the Display Selection of Partners for Notification indicator was also set, you can check and change your selection in the relevant dialog box while the QM06EA_SEND_PDF_PAPER_STEP2 function module is executed.
