Definition

You use this indicator to preselect all attachments to be sent by e-mail. The system determines the attachments from the attachment list for notifications from the generic object service, and from the originals in the DMS documents that are assigned to the notification.

Use

If you set this indicator when executing the "Send a Notification by E-Mail" activity, all determined attachments are selected.

If the Display Selection of Attachments for Notification indicator was also set, you can check and change your selection in the relevant dialog box while the QM06EA_SEND_PDF_PAPER_STEP2 function module is executed.
