QPTFN is the SQL name of the physical file (SQL table) accessed in a statement.
If the file specified in the statement (QQTLN/QTFN) is a view, then QQPTLN/QPTFN is the physical file (table) accessed.
If the view is defined over multiple tables, records exist for each physical file accessed.
