Documentation
Definition
In the QM component, the inspection severity serves as an identifier for a normal, reduced, or tightened inspection.
Procedure
In standard sampling systems, there are three inspection severities. These inspection severities are represented by numbers.
The assignment of numbers to the different inspection severities is arbitrary.
Use
Sampling schemes can only contain sampling plans for defined inspection severities, and you can only assign defined inspection severities to inspection stages in dynamic modification rules.
Example
The following inspection severities are used in examples for sampling systems in the SAP system:
2 = reduced
4 = normal
6 = tightened
