Documentation
Definition
Key which records the condition of the notification or the execution of a function for the notification
Supplementary Documentation - QMSTTXT 0001
Use
The statuses in this field are for your information. They are entered by the system after you have carried out a particular function for the notification. You cannot make any entries in this field yourself.
Procedure
A new/additional status is assigned if you have carried out a function such as "print", "put in process", or "postpone" for the notification, with the menu "Notification" or "Notification -> "Functions".
Examples
A notification has the status "outstanding" when it has just been created, the "printed" status when it has been printed, the status "in process" when it has been put in process, and so on.
Dependencies
Certain status exclude one another: if for example a notification has been put in process, it can no longer be outstanding; once it has been completed, it can no longer be allocated to an order.
Supplementary Documentation - QMSTTXT 0002
Use
The statuses in this field are for your information. The system enters them after you have carried out a particular function for the notification. You cannot make any entries in this field yourself.
Procedure
The system issues a new/further status, when you have carried out a function such as print, put in process or postpone for the notification, using the Notification menu, or Notification -> Functions.
Examples
A notification has the status outstanding when it has just been created; it has the status printed when it has been printed; it has the status in process when it has been put into process, and so on.
Dependencies
Certain statuses are mutually exclusive. Once a notification has been put in process, for example, it can no longer be outstanding. Once it has been completed, it can no longer be allocated to an order.
