Definition
Number of inspection lots whose quality scores lie within the class range.
Use
In addition to the mean value and standard deviation of the quality score distribution, the QM information system also enables the quality scores to be classed.
The quality scores are assigned five predefined classes for this purpose and the absolute frequency of these classes is output.
You define the quality score classes in
Customizing and then assign them to an information structure.
