Definition
Defects are displayed sorted according to their frequency as part of the pareto analysis. The cumulative defect frequency consists of:
- The defect frequency of the available defect data record and
- The sum of the defect frequencies from all defect data records that have a lower postion than that of the available defect data record.
The cumulative defect frequency specifies the relative frequency with which one of the defects (that occurs more frequently that the current defect) occurs.
