Definition
The defect frequency is calculated depending on the view type of the Pareto analysis.
For a Pareto analysis for the defect number: The defect frequency is calculated as a quotient of the number of fields observed in the individual defect data record, and the sum of the number of observed fields from all defect data records in the Pareto analysis.
For a Pareto analysis for own quantity with defects: The defect frequency is calculated as a quotient of all of the approved quantities from the individual defect data record that were confirmed as faulty and the sum of the approved quantities from all defect data records in the Pareto analysis that were confirmed as faulty.
